What is Community Education?
The Community Education Department at Irvine Valley College offers classes both online and in person to all persons in the community for career and professional growth as well as personal interest. Community Education classes do not bear academic credit for a degree or for transfer to four year colleges and universities and are supported exclusively by participant fees. For a listing of regular Irvine Valley College classes, go to www.ivc.edu and click the class schedule link.

We invite you to browse our website for areas of specific interest. We hope that you will be impressed with the selection, level of quality and affordability of the courses we offer. Please contact us at ivccommunityed@ivc.edu if you have any questions.
